The secret to its complexity lies in the vineyards, perched between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. Here, the vines root deep into morainic and partially alluvial soil, rich in sandy clays, marls, sandstones, and conglomerates. This incredible geological diversity translates into the glass as a sharp minerality and a remarkably precise bouquet, where classic floral notes and white fruit aromas meet savory undertones and a vibrant freshness. As an Extra Brut, the sugar dosage is kept to an absolute minimum to give center stage to the pure essence of the grape and its origin.
