That the Trebbiano Spoletino grape variety is of great enological interest is now a certain fact. It is an ancient grape variety that has only recently been rediscovered. It can be cultivated in the territories of Spoleto and Montefalco. In the winery, they aimed to capture the most refined and simultaneously intriguing soul of this grape variety. They allowed its changing and original aromas to shine through with an amphora vinification that respects these characteristics, and then they strengthened its expressive character with aging in non-toasted wood and amphora for at least 9 months.
