Pinot Noir at high altitudes, over 750 meters above sea level. Elegant, fine and delicate, with a great territorial expression.
Vertical like the mountain from which it comes.
In this bottle you will also find personality, our winemaking choices and the time dedicated. It indulges in the nose with intense fruity perceptions (red fruits), pleasantly set in a frame of sweet spices and citrus notes. In the mouth the wine is decidedly harmonious, with freshness and flavor that almost seem to chase each other to lead to a very long finish with iodized and fruity returns. Matured in oak barrels and then in stainless steel barrels before bottling, it continues to age in the bottle for at least 3 months before being marketed.
