The Montefalco Rosso by Raìna is a wine that combines in a brilliant and well-balanced synthesis the energy of Sangiovese, the softness of Merlot, and the tannic structure of Sagrantino, making it an extremely balanced and satisfying everyday red. Raìna takes its name from the winemaker who for years has been involved in the wine-growing area acquired in 2002 by Francesco Mariani, who immediately decided to plant new vineyards to produce wines that are the most genuine expression of the territory.
