Dautore is the name chosen for the most important and significant red wine of our estate. For us, it wants to be the synthesis of the encounter between art and peasant tradition with different labels for each vintage. Dautore is produced only in vintages in which the best climatic conditions are established that allow the achievement of the best possible quality of our Sangiovese, Alicante and Merlot grapes.
