Description
“Peschiera del Pacino” by Raìna is a celebration of ultimate drinkability, brightness, and uncompromised artisanal spirit. The estate takes its name from the historic farmer who tended to these fields for decades before they were acquired in 2002 by Francesco Mariani. From day one, Francesco’s vision was clear: to plant new vineyards engineered to deliver the most genuine, untouched, and honest expression of the local terroir.
The blueprint for this wine is rooted in deep environmental respect: all chemical and synthetic substances are strictly banned in the vineyards. This uncompromising natural ethos continues seamlessly into the cellar, where human intervention steps back. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentations driven exclusively by native yeasts. To protect its raw energy and texture, it is bottled without fining or filtration, with just a tiny pinch of sulfur added at the final stage to guarantee stability.
The result is a remarkably fresh, easy-drinking, and joyful wine filled with rustic charm and dynamic personality. The nose opens with crunchy, juicy notes and a vibrant territorial signature. On the palate, it is fluid, light-footed, and incredibly refreshing. The perfect bottle for informal gatherings and casual luxury, it pairs beautifully with artisanal charcuterie, fresh cheeses, flatbreads, or casual everyday pasta dishes.
