Recreated on the ancient recipe of the House’s Oenologist Herbalist, this tonic and digestive boasts countless healthy properties borrowed from the thistle. With a pleasantly bitter taste, it is suitable on all occasions and particularly for after meals. To enhance the characteristics of the Hunchback Thistle of Nizza Monferrato contribute a skilfully dosed mix of bitter spices: Cinchona, Rhubarb, Gentian combined with Aloe which gives a long bitter note on the palate. The aromatic balance is completed with a very fresh note by Coriander and Lemon Bark and finally by vanilla beans that give roundness.
