Description
Hatozaki pure malt Whisky is produced by blending malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood.
