Description
Pinot Noir Schweizer grows in areas carefully chosen for their microclimate and which over the years have proven to be ideal for the production of this wine. Individual vineyards are located at varying altitudes between 350 and 700 meters and include a great diversity of soils. In fact, silty soils are found only a few meters from soils of different compositions including sandy, calcareous and gravelly. The plants allow the production of grapes of the highest quality thanks to the high density of plants (from 8,000 to 12,500 per hectare). The extreme internal selection of very low yield clones allows a stable and continuous evolution of quality over the years.
