Description
Belonging to the Marquises Antinori, the Fattoria Aldobrandesca is located near the historic village of Sovana, in southern Tuscany: an enchanting place where since 1997 wines have been produced capable of best expressing the typical characteristics of the Maremma.
From here comes the Rosato “A”, obtained by vinifying only Aleatico grapes in purity. Fermented with cold maceration and left to rest in steel, it is an “important” Rosé, to be chosen when you are looking for something different from the usual bubbles, and to be uncorked when the aperitifs are of the most important ones. If you want to be on the safe side, marry it together with sushi, and you will see that you will hardly regret it.
