Characterized by fragrant aromas and fresh flavors, it is suitable to accompany any type of dish. Vineyards owned by the Speri company, located in Valpolicella Classica between 120 and 350 m./a.s.l. and precisely in the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane and Negrar. Manual harvesting of the bunches, immediate crushing with a crusher-destemmer and fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature.
