Description
A careful blend of sauvignon blanc and sémillon, typical Bordeaux grapes, for a white wine that takes its name from the first owners of the Castle and whose label shows a drawing of the Chapel of San Giovanni located on the property. A wine, born with the 1997 harvest, which has always been vinified and left to mature only in steel tanks in order to accentuate its flavor and freshness, without losing sight of the typical roundness of sémillon. Castello della Sala’s Umbria Bianco IGT Conte della Vipera is a great white wine by Antinori, capable of giving great surprises even several years after bottling.
