Description
Rame is a microdistillery born in the center of Perugia. Project created to enhance Umbria and its products. Their fernet on the nose stands out for its balsamic (mint, wild fennel seeds) and the typical aromaticity of rhubarb. In the mouth the bitterness is marked and persistent, accompanied by a marked aromaticity, deriving from the abundant mixture of spices.
